Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

• Final sales
• Gift cards
• Custom made products
• Gifts with purchase
• International orders are NOT eligible for return

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and inspect it.

Once inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
